Greywolf Consulting Systems provides the following services:
- Networking Support – We provide Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) networking support for Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista networks of any size including secure access to the Internet via both wired and wireless connections.
- Hardware & Software Support – We also provide MCP and A+ certified hardware and software support on PC based systems. We have experience with Gateway, Dell, NEC, Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Premio PC, IBM and many other PC computer hardware manufacturers. Our software experience includes Microsoft Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista, DOS, Microsoft Office, Corel/WordPerfect, Lotus SmartSuite, Exchange, Internet browsers (IE, Firefox and Netscape), SoftPro, DisplaySoft, Calyx Point, QuickBooks Accounting & POS, and many others.
- Antivirus & Internet Security – In response to the growing threat of Internet viruses, attacks and malware, we provide both workstation-based and network-wide antivirus and Internet security software and hardware implementation. We also provide virus and malware removal and repair services.
- Scheduled Maintenance – We provide regular computer and network maintenance visits to help insure your technology is up to date, secure and error free.
- 24 x 7 Support – We provide technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help you get back in business no matter when problems arise.
- Rapid Response Time – We will respond by phone within four (4) business hours to all normal support calls. In cases of emergency, we will respond by phone as soon as possible, but not more than one hour after receiving a call.
- Phone Support – To better help our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible, we provide phone support from 7am to 10pm Monday thru Friday. Emergency phone support is available 24×7.
- IT Solutions – No matter what your needs, we will help you find the right solution for your company by giving you a selection of IT solutions for you to choose from. It is our policy not to make exclusive partnerships with vendors so we may provide the widest range of possibilities for our clients.
